Valencia CF and PUMA pay homage to legends Juan Sol and Carlos ‘Lobo’ Diarte

Valencia CF and PUMA have paid tribute to club legends Juan Cruz Sol and Carlos ‘Lobo’ Diarte with the creation of two spectacular murals at Mestalla. 

In the images used for the canvases, both legends wear the HOME and AWAY kits designed by PUMA for the 2021-22 season.

Family members were invited to the presentation event, where they were greeted by Valencia CF President, Anil Murthy. Also present were Executive Director,  Joey Lim, ambassadors Ricardo Arias, Miguel Tendillo and Miguel Ángel Bossio, VCF Footballers Association President, Fernando Giner, and PUMA Sponsorship Coordinator, José Iváñez De Lara.

The murals represent the magnificent history of the club, in an initiative devised by Valencia CF and PUMA.

The achievements of Sol and Diarte were remembered alongside their families at the special event, and the former players will be present in spirit for all home games this season thanks to the canvases.
